Hard wheat

From the Ancient Rome, "Puglia" and "Sicily" were considered the "Italian granary" for their huge cereals productions.

In all of our estates hard wheat grows luxuriant, giving us an high quality corn.

It's ideal, after a careful grinding, to be transformed in a tasty Italian "pasta" and other healthy delights

  • Climate: temperate/subtropical
  • Cultivation techniques: plowing or light harrowing, light fertilization, herbicide if is necessary, mechanic harvest
